Kamalesh Shah (Managing Director)

Mr. Kamalesh Shah holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. With extensive expertise in engineering, finance, and marketing, he has steered the company through a period of significant growth and transformation. Under his visionary leadership, the company has expanded its product portfolio, developed specialized expertise in surface finishes, including nickel chrome plating and powder coating, and enhanced its manufacturing capacity to meet increasing customer demands. His strategic focus and commitment to excellence have also attracted numerous OEM clients, solidifying the company’s reputation across the industry for quality and timely delivery.

Kunal Shah (Joint Managing Director)

Kunal Shah serves as the Joint Managing Director at our company, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Columbia Business School along with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before joining YOSHIKA, Kunal gained valuable experience at Caterpillar Inc., USA, where he participated in the elite Leadership and Technical Development Program, followed by a role in the Virtual Manufacturing Team. In his current position, Kunal oversees the company’s operations, production, finance, and supply chain. He also spearheads new business development initiatives and plays a crucial role in strategic planning, shaping the company’s vision for future growth.

Nitin Gurav (CEO)

An Operations Management and Business Development professional with over 25 years of experience across a diverse product portfolio and a range of manufacturing processes, spanning automotive products, auto components, and electrical motors. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from SPCE, Mumbai, with a successful track record at industry leaders including Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Danaher Corporation (US), and Voltas Limited. A strong advocate for innovation, Kaizen, and a process-oriented approach to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Mangesh Shiledar (Chief Financial Officer)

Mangesh is an accomplished CFO with over 34 years of extensive experience spanning finance within the manufacturing, retail, real estate, and service industries. With a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and an ICWA Intermediate qualification, he brings deep expertise in financial management, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance, including mergers and acquisitions. As CFO, Mangesh oversees all facets of the company’s financial operations, from budgeting and financial planning to strategic decision-making. His proven leadership ensures seamless execution of financial strategies, playing a crucial role in the company’s long-term growth, stability, and success 

Suhas Dixit (General Manager Finance and Costing)

Suhas Dixit serves as General Manager of Finance & Costing, bringing over 31 years of rich experience in finance, accounting, and costing within the manufacturing sector. A Commerce graduate, Suhas has built deep expertise in financial management, accounts, and cost control. He leads the company’s commercial operations, overseeing areas such as costing, new product development, vendor management, negotiations, and strategic decision-making. His effective leadership drives the company’s long-term growth, stability, and success.

Dhanaji Thorat (General Manager Accounts, Finance and HR)

Dhanaji Thorat is the General Manager of Accounts, Finance & HR, with over 32 years of extensive experience in accounts, finance, and HR within the manufacturing sector. A Commerce Postgraduate, he brings deep knowledge of statutory laws and expertise in financial and HR management. Dhanaji oversees the company’s HR and financial operations, contributing valuable insight to commercial matters and strategic decision-making. His leadership ensures seamless execution of the company’s financial and HR plans, significantly advancing long-term growth, stability, and success
